NSRCEL, Capgemini & NSE-SSE Commend Fresh Approaches to Empowering Non-Profits
Mumbai, India 05th March 2025: NSRCEL’s Impact Orbit and Capgemini in collaboration with Social Stock exchange of National Stock Exchange (NSE-SSE) marked a special event at the National Stock Exchange (NSE) in Mumbai, to discuss Social Stock Exchange (SSE) and its impact on fundraising journeys for non-profits in India. The event included masterclasses about fundraising on the Social Stock Exchange and fundraising for early-stage non-profits.
The event was attended by professionals across corporate CSR, academia, leading non-profit founders and funders in the social impact ecosystem. Some of the eminent leaders who addressed the event were Alina Alam, Founder & CEO Mitti Café, Anurag Pratap, VP & CSR Leader, Capgemini, Anand Sri Ganesh, CEO-NSRCEL-IIM Bangalore, Dr. Harish Ahuja, Head of Sustainability, Product & Strategy Development (Power & Carbon markets), Listing, and Social Stock Exchange, Abhinav Agarwal, Chief Manager, NSE, Kaoshal Kumar, Senior Manager, NSE NSE, Leena Kejriwal, Founder & CEO, Missing Link Trust, among others.

NSRCEL, the business incubator of IIM Bangalore, supports entrepreneurs at all levels through a mix of academic training and hands-on methodologies. This enables them to develop impactful solutions for communities and promotes sustainable development.
The Tech-Enabled Social Innovations Incubation Program, In partnership with Capgemini, is the only incubation program of its scale where both non-profits and for-profit enterprises co-exist and are co-incubated in the same cohorts.
In partnership with Capgemini, the program will support 120 tech-enabled social enterprises in 3 years. Since January 2023, the program has incubated 80 ventures in 5 cohorts, with the 5th cohort of 25 ventures ongoing. These ventures are impacting areas of education, employability, agriculture and health amongst others.
