Bengaluru, May 2022: Connect and Heal, a leading health-tech company providing end-to-end coordinated care, is organizing an online panel discussion on the occasion of International HR Day. Leading HR professionals will converse on the role technology plays in employee health and wellness in a post-pandemic world. It aims to explore the various avenues to positively impact overall employee wellness from an HR Leaders’ perspective.
The roundtable will have Renu Rohtagi (Director, HR & Communication, Air Liquide India), Nagendra Kumar Singh (Senior Manager HR, IFTAS), Rachana Mungi (Consultant – Employee Benefits & Wellness, Dell) and Rex Telester (Lead – Employee Benefits & Wellness, Nomura) as panellists. Bulbul Ray Nathan, Chief People Officer, Connect and Heal will be the moderator for the session.
The panellists will look at addressing four stages in an individual’s healthcare journey: Preventive – to identify symptoms or diseases, share the info with the patient and clinician, and determine the course of care; Curative/Recovery – using healthcare technology to manage and cure the problem; Emergency care – hospitalization support, surgical interventions and provisioning for any other medical emergencies; and post-care – to ensure optimal outcomes, delight and productivity for the employees and the organizations.
