New Delhi, Feb 6 : Kärcher India, a global leader in cleaning technology and solutions, today announced the appointment of Mr Puneet Sharma as Managing Director – Kärcher India, effective January 21, 2026.
Mr Sharma brings over 30 years of leadership experience across commercial, manufacturing, and engineering-led organisations. He has a proven track record in managing full P&L responsibilities, driving operational excellence, building high-performance teams, and leading large, multi-location businesses.
During his extensive career, he has held senior leadership roles, including Managing Director, CEO, and Board positions with reputed organisations such as Konecranes & Demag, Kohler Group, Greaves Cotton, and Cummins India, where he played a pivotal role in driving growth, strengthening operations, and building scalable business platforms.
Mr Sharma holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and an MBA from Indiana University, USA. Known for his strategic acumen, people-centric leadership style, and strong execution focus, he is expected to play a key role in advancing Kärcher India’s growth ambitions and strengthening its leadership position in the Indian market.
