New Delhi, Jan 22: Nexura Events, in collaboration with Pilllars Of SStrengtth Foundation, announced the launch of Udaan: Nayi Peedhi, Naya Kal, a pan-India child development and talent advancement initiative aimed at enabling children to explore, build, and express their potential through structured guidance and ethical exposure.
Launched as a long-term child development and social advancement program, Udaan operates under the Children Talent and Social Advancement (CTSA) Initiative, where Pilllars Of SStrengtth Foundation anchors the social and developmental framework while Nexura Events leads program execution and experiential design. The initiative focuses on nurturing confidence, communication, discipline, and self-expression through guided learning and responsible grooming, rather than performance-driven competition.

Udaan encourages children to present any form of talent or interest they possess or wish to develop. Participants may showcase skills in various events. The program is designed to respect individuality and creativity, ensuring that children are supported without being restricted to predefined categories.
The initiative follows a structured progression model that emphasizes learning journeys, mentoring, and confidence-building at every stage. Children are guided through age-appropriate engagement that prioritizes emotional well-being, self-belief, and personal growth over rankings or elimination formats.
Mohit Gandhi, Director – Founder, Nexura Events, Hesper Creations & Pilllars Of SStrengtth Foundation, said, “Every child carries a spark, but not every child gets the chance to see it shine. Udaan was born from the belief that confidence, exposure, and guidance can change the direction of a young life. This initiative is our effort to stand beside children as they discover their abilities, express themselves, and grow into individuals who believe in their own potential.”
Nisha Chauhan, Director – Founder, Nexura Events & Vice President, Pilllars Of SStrengtth Foundation, added, “Udaan is deeply personal for us. It is about creating a space where children feel seen, heard, and encouraged not judged or pressured. We want families to feel secure knowing that their children are being nurtured with care, values, and responsibility. When a child gains confidence, it doesn’t just change that moment it changes the future.”
Participation in Udaan is completely free of cost, with no registration fees, participation charges, grooming fees, or hidden costs at any stage. The initiative has been structured to ensure that financial limitations do not become barriers to opportunity, allowing children to participate based solely on interest and willingness to learn.
