India’s LogiPe to Join AtoB in a Cross-Border Fintech Move Aimed at Global Fleet Transformation
New Delhi, India, 3rd November, 2025: LogiPe, a leading real-time payments and fleet solutions company in India, announced that it will be acquired by AtoB, a global financial services leader transforming payments and spend management for the fleet ecosystem. This strategic move marks a major step toward developing a next-generation financial platform for fleet owners and operators worldwide.
Founded in 2022, LogiPe has partnered with over 10,000 fleet owners across India, streamlining payments through its innovative prepaid card solutions. Its clientele includes prominent logistics players such as Bigstock Logistics and Instant Transports. The company’s proprietary vertical operating system (OS) and realtime payment capabilities will now be integrated into AtoB’s global platform.
Founded in 2019, AtoB serves tens of thousands of fleets with an integrated suite of financial products covering payments, working capital, and spend management. The acquisition will enhance AtoB’s ability to offer flexible credit and payment solutions for essential business purchases, including tires, spare parts, and insurance. LogiPe’s technology will also play a key role in AtoB’s development of a unified Fleet Operating System, designed to serve as a system of record for fleet operators.
The collaboration will lead to the creation of a Global Capability Center (GCC) in India, focused on building world-class fintech innovations for the global fleet market.
Mrutyunjay, Founder & CEO of LogiPe, said:
