Read Time:56 Second
November is the month of Men’s Mental Awareness day, bringing awareness to many men’s health issues. We are raising this issue to acknowledge the problem which we can’t ignore, that men tend to be more reluctant to seek help or treatment for their mental health struggles. Post covid we are facing many issues like physical health, financial issues, mental stress, etc. And mostly men’s are the bread earners of the family so they have to manage everything and deals with every situation outside which they might not discuss with the family.
Campaign Detail on Men’s Mental Health: #LetsTalkMen Our male co-workers, friends, and family members are likely not alright. Suppose we could see mental health issues in the way that we see physical health issues, like if you went into the office, and a third of your colleagues had their arms in slings, or let’s say a father thinking about how to talk to her daughter about certain things. And it would have, but really, that is the reality that we’re dealing with; it’s just invisible, but it’s pervasive and impacts many people daily.
