DAMA Hospital Organises Pediatric And ENT Check Up Camp For Kids Of Kalighat Red Light Area In Association With New Light

Kolkata, June, 2022: Techno India DAMA Hospital in association with New Light organized a pediatric and ENT check up for the kids of Kalighat red light area today. There was also an ENT check up for the sex-workers of the area. More than 120 participants were checked at the camp.

“It is indeed a great opportunity and fulfillment of life to serve these children with the basic treatments. Techno Dama Hospital has always been rendering quality services to every people in need to the society and we feel that every citizen irrespective of their age and caste must be entitled to quality medical treatment for a better life. We always give importance to the quality of medical services and look forward to many such endeavours in serving the less fortunate people of the society. Compassion and humility remains our focus to the every need of the society”, said Prof Manoshi Roy Chowdhury, Co-Chairman, Techno India Group.

“We are delighted to conduct a medical checkup camp for the beneficiaries of New Light NGO. We want to provide the best of facilities for those who are devoid of it by organizing such camps. Today we are providing ENT and Pediatrics medical checkup for more than 100 individuals. Techno India DAMA is proud to be a part of such initiative and happy to serve people in further course when they need us”, said Dr Sourav Ghosh, Medical Director, Techno India DAMA Hospital

“At New Light we are delighted and honoured to partner with Techno India Dama Hospital to provide ENT treatment to the adults and ENT / Paediatric health assessment for the children in Kalighat community. This is not the first time Techno India has come forward with their support to New Light in a community engagement drive. This initiative is going to offer diagnosis and treatment for ENT health which often remain ignored and untreated” said Ms Urmi Basu, Founder, New Light, an NGO working in the area.

DAMA Hospital will also provide a discount of 15% on total hospital bill excluding doctor fees and medicine in case any further treatment is required for the participants.
