Naya Raipur, 20 May 2025: Club Technica, part of School of Engineering & Research (SER) at ITM University, Raipur- in collaboration with the Institution Innovation Council (IIC), successfully hosted “INNOVRITTI” 1.0 at ITM University, Naya Raipur. The two-event extravaganza included Start-up Evolution, Hack-the-Yug, Code-2-Champion, Voiceclash, Pariwartan, Robokritti, and Gaming Mania.

Bringing together students from different disciplines, the fest poked at creativity, collaborations, and problem-solving in real life through the field of competitions in entrepreneurship, robotics, gaming, and public policy.

The event was graced by esteemed guests, including Prof. Vijay Kumar Goyal, Chairman, CGPURC; Dr. Rajarshi Mahapatra, Professor from IIIT Naya Raipur; and Entrepreneur Mrs. Kavita Dev (Millet Maa), along with senior members of ITM University led by Dr. Lakshmi Murthy, Pro Vice-Chancellor, and Mr. Sourav Chatterjee, Registrar.

INNOVRITTI 1.0 was conceptualized as a platform to nurture innovation and entrepreneurial thinking among students. It provided an opportunity for participants to present their ideas which were unique while fostering the development of important skills like critical thinking, technical knowledge, communication, and problem-solving. The fest aimed to excite students to look into what is happening today and into the future possibilities with technologies and societies, but more emphasis was laid on working together and thinking across disciplines.

Speaking at the event, Dr. Lakshmi Murthy, Director General, ITM University, stated, “Innovritti 1.0 was a movement which went beyond the scope of a typical fest. It was a platform which empowered the next generation of innovators to solve real world problems, think like entrepreneurs and lead with purpose.”

Innovritti 1.0 which is into what is at the core of new ideas, teamwork, and social impact was a big step for ITM University in their continuous effort to put out tomorrow’s socially conscious and industry ready leaders.
