Zomato launches the Zomato Co-pilot program
Zomato launched the Zomato Co-pilot program – This industry-first initiative directly engages with its delivery partner community, empowering them to take the lead and share their perspectives on on-ground challenges. By incorporating their insights, Zomato aims to continually improve its food delivery business model. Over 6,500 delivery partners nationwide took part in the program, with four individuals standing out for their exceptional contributions: Raja Kumar from Patna, Bihar; Abhijith Dileep from Muyattupuzha, Kerala; Harshit Sharma from Noida, Uttar Pradesh; and Atul Devgirkar from Hyderabad, Telangana. Through the Copilot program, Zomato is redefining leadership and collaboration, establishing a new standard for innovation within the industry.
