Webfare Meetup 20: Understand the psychology of the client not his needs: Praveen Dubey, Founder, WebclixNoida: Noida recently saw the gathering of IT experts at Webfare Meetup 20 which was organized with great enthusiasm in Noida Sector 2. Like every year, this time too many experts from the IT industry participated. The objective of this meet was to discuss the latest innovations going on in the IT industry and to introduce new things to the interested audience. People from all corners of the country participated in the event organized by Web Fair, in which leading IT companies shared their journeys and experiences with the audience. This meet saw the participation of experts from various companies and a large number of people.

Mr. Santosh Yaduvanshi, Founder, Ecom conversion threw light on how to grow business through Google and Facebook advertising and proper use of advertising, while Mr. Praveen Dubeyfounder of Webclixs, a leading company in the IT industry based in Noida, highlighted how to work with clients for a long time. He spoke at length about maintaining better relations and provided detailed information on how to improve the customer support system.

Highlighting the important points, Praveen Dubeysaid, “If you want to provide better service to your clients or your clients are not taking your service for a long time or you feel that despite your good service the clients are not happy, then you need to keep some important things in mind. As per some industry reports, the top 30% of customers provide 80% of the revenue and existing customers contribute up to 90% of the revenue. I always believe that instead of understanding the client‘s needs, always understand his psychology, instead of analyzing the competitor, try to understand his industry and the behavior of his customers. Behave like a magician, never reveal your strategies all at once. Whenever you feel that the number of complaints from the client is increasing, the flow of communication with the client is decreasing, personal meetings are decreasing and the scope of communication is decreasing, then understand that the client is not in a position to be retained.”
