With a per seat cost of ₹10,000, the upcoming workspace blends luxury and functionality, catering to a growing clientele seeking high-quality office infrastructure in the heart of the city. This marks a significant addition to Urban Vault’s already robust portfolio of over 2 million sq. ft. and 30,000+ desks across India.

Prestige Obelisk, developed by Prestige Group, is an 11-storey Grade A commercial building offering a total of around 1.8 lakh sq. ft. of modern office space, equipped with top-tier amenities and 24×7 security. The land was originally owned by Mr. Zackria Hashim and Mr. Sadath Ali Kahan, Co-Founders of KRPL Ventures LLP, who currently own multiple floors in the building. Urban Vault has leased its new space from them.
