Turbostart Expands to Delhi-NCR to support and Accelerate the Emerging Startups in the region
India, 05th November, 2025 : Turbostart, the Bangalore-headquartered venture capital fund and startup accelerator, has launched a new office in New Delhi. This expansion strengthens Turbostart’s footprint across North India, a region that is home to a significant number of emerging startups, contributing to over one-third of the country’s startup ecosystem.
Since its inception, Turbostart has successfully accelerated over 50 early-stage and 10+ later-stage startups, investing more than $35 million across diverse sectors. With the Delhi office now operational, Turbostart aims to deepen its ties with investors, institutional partners, and the broader entrepreneurial ecosystem, fostering innovation and growth across North India.
Rajagopal Koushik, Founding Partner and CEO of Turbostart, said, “Innovation thrives at the intersection of access, opportunity, and mentorship. Expanding to Delhi enables us to connect with emerging entrepreneurs, institutional partners, and investors at the heart of India’s policy and economic landscape. This expansion is pivotal in catalyzing sustainable growth and creating a lasting impact on the startup ecosystem.”
The Delhi office will play a key role in supporting Turbostart’s regional expansion and spearheading the deployment of Ken42, an AI-powered operating system for higher education institutions. Under the leadership of newly appointed CTO, Abhishek Sachar, Ken42 will collaborate with universities in North India to enhance digital operations and academic management. Turbostart’s largest Center of Excellence (CoE), TSquaredC, will also benefit from the region’s engineering and software talent.
Piyush Arora, Head of Corporate Strategy and Investment at Turbostart, will oversee operations in the Delhi office. He remarked, “The Delhi office is a crucial step in Turbostart’s growth journey. The region’s entrepreneurial energy and technological depth present immense opportunities, and we’re excited to leverage this potential to drive meaningful impact.”
Turbostart’s national expansion continues with established operations in Bangalore, Coimbatore, and a recently opened office in Kolkata. Further expansion plans include new offices in Mumbai and Pune. Globally, Turbostart maintains a presence in the United States and the Middle East, with future plans for growth in the UK and Singapore, reinforcing its vision to create a globally connected ecosystem for early-stage founders and emerging technologies.
