Under the agreement, TSIL will serve as the exclusive licensee for Dockers in India, leading the brand’s product design, development, manufacturing, distribution, retail and e-commerce operations. In addition, the company has been appointed a Global Designated Supplier, enabling it to manufacture Dockers products for the brand’s international partner network.

The partnership marks the entry of one of the world’s most recognised casualwear brands into India through a fully integrated local platform. Combining Dockers’ heritage with TSIL’s technology-led operating model and manufacturing capabilities, the collaboration aims to bring Dockers into India’s leading destination for premium bottomwear before expanding the brand into a broader lifestyle portfolio.

Dockers will debut in India as a bottomwear-led lifestyle brand, with the launch assortment spanning chinos, trousers and denim across men’s, women’s and kids’ categories, alongside select apparel and lifestyle offerings. Over time, the brand will further expand its portfolio across categories including shirts, T-shirts, accessories, footwear and innerwear. The first collection is scheduled to launch in the Autumn/Winter 2026 season through a digital-first strategy across dedicated online channels and leading marketplaces, followed by expansion into exclusive brand outlets, shop-in-shop formats and multi-brand retail.

The partnership builds on TSIL’s growing track record of developing and scaling owned, licensed and international fashion brands through its vertically integrated platform spanning design, manufacturing, technology, fulfilment and omnichannel distribution. The company currently manages more than 50,000+ SKUs across 15+ brands, supported by four manufacturing facilities with a production capacity of approximately 1,50,000 Units per month and four fulfilment centres serving customers across India.

TSIL’s appointment of Global Designated Supplier strengthens its role within Dockers’ worldwide supply ecosystem, positioning the company as both the brand’s India operating partner and a manufacturing partner for its global network. The partnership also reinforces India’s growing importance as a strategic market for international fashion brands and as a globally competitive sourcing and manufacturing hub.

For TSIL, the agreement represents another milestone in its strategy of building a diversified portfolio of global fashion brands while leveraging its integrated manufacturing capabilities and data-driven merchandising platform. The company reported consolidated revenue of ₹254.9 crore in FY26, up 58.3% year-on-year, reflecting continued momentum across both its owned and licensed brand portfolio.
