Marking its 15th edition, the SKF Goa River Marathon 2025 has drawn over 6,000 runners from across India and around the world, with women making up 28% of total participation. With representation from around the globe, including Australia, the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, and Ireland, the event stands as a truly global celebration of fitness and community spirit. Recognized as one of India’s most scenic marathon routes, it winds along the Zuari River, offering runners a distinctive mix of challenge and coastal beauty. Adding to the international appeal, Petra Pastorová, six-time Czech national marathon champion, will flag off and compete in the 42 km Full Marathon. The marathon will also be flagged off by SKF India Industrial leadership alongside senior Goa government officials and members of Vasco Sports Club, underscoring the collaboration between industry, sport, and regional development.
