This five-day celebration will feature specially crafted lunch and dinner buffets. Aasiya Akthar is a passionate home chef and the founder of Cook Town, a thriving culinary brand known for its diverse cooking classes and premium food products. A psychologist by qualification, Aasiya began her culinary journey in 2010 alongside her mother-in-law. Over the past 14 years, she has trained over a thousand students, empowering them to explore the art of cooking and baking.
Aasiya is renowned for whipping up favourites from Kutchi Memoni cuisine, such as Muthiya, Akkini with Gud Jo Chutney, Lukmani Sherbet, and Roat Cake, alongside many other regional delicacies. Her expertise also spans cuisines from Turkey and Middle East. Aasiya is celebrated for her innovative signature dishes and premium products, including marinades, a bespoke haleem mix, and tempura batter.
