The The Lux Shyam Kolkata Tigers Women (LSKT-W) have etched their name in Bengal cricketing history, securing their second consecutive championship in the Bengal Women’s Pro T20 League 2025. In a rain-affected final at the iconic Eden Gardens, the Tigers defeated the Sobisco Smashers Malda Women by 16 runs via the DLS method.

Speaking after the triumph, Captain Mita Paul said, “Winning it once was special, but doing it twice in a row is surreal. Every player gave their heart and soul to this campaign. This trophy belongs to every member of our squad, the coaching staff, and our unwavering fans.”
On this occasion, Mr. Saket Todi, Director of Lux Cozi, said, “Back-to-back titles for the Lux Shyam Kolkata Tigers is a historic achievement. It reflects the incredible commitment and spirit of this team. We’re thrilled to see our vision for empowering women through sport being realized on this grand stage.”
