To kickstart the festive season, THE Park Hotels, pioneers of luxury boutique hotels in India has launched a 10-day Lucknavi Food Festival from 7th to 16th October at THE Park Indore.

This unique food festival will bring special Nawabi flavors from the streets of Lucknow to Indore. It commenced at THE Park Indore’s culinary voyage – Epicentre offering mouth-savoring authentic Lucknavi delicacies. Executive Chef Gaurav Malhotra and his team have put together an array of sumptuous dishes like the Galouti Kebab, Chicken Shammi Kebab, Mutton Shammi Kebab, Sheermal, Dum Murg ki Kacchi Biryani, Kaju Curry, Dum Aloo Lucknowi, Murg Shahi Korma, Shabnam Curry, Nihari and Kulcha, Sunday Kebab, Dora Kebab.
