New Delhi 04th July 2025: The 14th edition of the India Warehousing Show (IWS) 2025 concluded today at Yashobhoomi (IICC), Dwarka, after three action-packed days that drew over 300 exhibitors from and welcomed more than 15,000 industry visitors from India and abroad. Recognized as the country’s most trusted platform for warehousing and supply-chain excellence, the show showcased breakthrough automation, green-logistics solutions, advanced material-handling systems, and sustainable infrastructure practices, transforming the exhibition floor into a vibrant arena of B2B engagements, strategic partnerships, and thought-leadership exchanges.
The show opened in the presence of Shri Pankaj Kumar, Joint Secretary – Logistics, DPIIT, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, whose inaugural address underlined the pivotal role of integrated logistics in advancing the nation’s infrastructure vision. Across three days, a rich programme of panels examined future-ready supply-chain leadership, ESG integration, cybersecurity in smart logistics, and the forthcoming National Warehouse Rating Framework, while the soft launch of the E-Handbook on Warehousing Standards—an initiative of the Warehousing Association of India and DPIIT—marked a significant milestone for industry benchmarking.
Throughout the show, lively discussions explored how India can become a dependable global supply-chain partner, the strategies needed for logistical excellence, the criticality of regulatory compliance in warehousing, and the meteoric rise of quick-commerce and instant-delivery models. Moderated by industry leaders, sessions featured speakers from the Warehousing Association of India, DPIIT, Nestlé, IBM, Mankind Pharma, NAFED, JK Cement, Hyperpure Zomato, Infosys, Zebra Technologies, Sennheiser Electronics India, Agarwal Packers and Movers, and the Association of Warehouse Developers, among others, who highlighted upskilling, Industry 4.0 automation, and cybersecurity as key enablers of more efficient and resilient supply chains.
Innovation on the show floor was equally compelling: Toyota Material Handling introduced its Discel Focklift CEV 5 trucks; Treewalker Automation unveiled Delivery Robotics; Swastik Industries presented PLS Boxes; ITOH Denki rolled out its Power Moller solutions; and Boxtron debuted the Bharat Screed B23. These launches, alongside solutions from Germany, the UAE, China, Singapore, the UK and beyond, attracted logistics heads, procurement leaders, warehousing specialists, and government stakeholders eager to explore next-generation capabilities.
Umang Gupta, Country Head at RX India, added that The India Warehousing Show is the flagship show for the Indian logistics and supply chain industry. The 14th edition saw enthusiastic participation of over 300+ national and international exhibitors. This year the show focused on adding new customer segments and displaying advanced machinery, products, and technologies in automation solutions. This convergence of global expertise and local industry positions India Warehousing Show as the key platform for India to demonstrate its global supply chain ambitions. The packed halls, live demonstrations, on-site business networking and deals ensured that our participating exhibitors, visiting buyers, sponsors, and association partners were able to grow their business phenomenally leveraging India Warehousing Show.
As an integral part of the prestigious India Warehousing Show portfolio, the India Cold Chain Show returns to Mumbai this November, promising a high-impact showcase of breakthrough innovations, intelligent cold storage solutions, and next-gen cold logistics technologies. Renowned as the country’s most influential platform for the cold chain sector, the event will bring together industry leaders, solution providers, and decision-makers under one roof to drive dialogue, discover trends, and shape the future of temperature-controlled supply chains.
