India, 19th September 2024: FLOW today announced an OEM partnership with C-Zentrix to further expand its global footprint. The partnership intends to strengthen C-Zentrix CCaaS offerings with FLOW, the new-age WFM suite. Together, the partners aim to transform digitization journeys for contact centers with streamlined workforce management for higher productivity and better customer experiences.

FLOW, an AI/ML-powered workforce management suite, arms BPMs with an all-in-one solution to boost profitability, enhance customer service and optimize workforces. The partnership with C-Zentrix’s omnichannel platform delivers a single product catering to all the requirements of a contact center.
