The journey begins with an array of appetizers, including the ever-popular Aloo Ki Tikki with Khajur Ki Chutney, the delightfully crispy Phool Makhane Aur Sabudana Ki Tikki, and the zesty Anardana Shakar Kandi Ki Chaat.
