From Paris to Pune: A Unique Cross-Cultural Gastronomic Experience Unfolds at Hyatt Regency Pune
Pune, June 2025 — Hyatt Regency Pune is delighted to host an extraordinary culinary collaboration with acclaimed French Chef Alexandre Kerbouz, known for his modern reimagining of classic French dishes, infused with Arabic and Mediterranean flavours. This exclusive pop-up experience will take place at Zeta from 20th to 29th June, with dinner-only seatings featuring a specially curated tasting menu.
Trained at the prestigious Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon and École de Paris des Métiers de la Table, Chef Kerbouz has built a remarkable career across Michelin-starred kitchens such as Le George V, Le Bristol Paris, and Lord of the Manor in Gloucestershire. His passion for global gastronomy led him to India, where he now resides, actively curating culinary festivals, pop-ups, and preparing to launch his own concept restaurant Miara in Mumbai and Bengaluru.
At this exclusive Zeta showcase, diners can expect a refined tasting menu rooted in classic French technique but elevated with Chef Kerbouz’s signature Arabic and Mediterranean sensibilities.The curated menu promises a symphony of bold flavours, delicate textures, and artful presentation, reflecting the chef’s cross-cultural training and innovative approach to cuisine. Guests can look forward to standout dishes such as Chilled Green Pea Velouté with Homemade Ricotta, Duck Breast in Four-Spice Sauce, a reimagined Coq au Vin, and decadent desserts like Baba au Rhum and Vanilla Millefeuille.
This exclusive dining experience will be held from 20th to 29th June 2025 at Zeta, Hyatt Regency Pune, with dinner service beginning at 7:00 PM. Guests are encouraged to book their tables early to avoid missing this one-of-a-kind gastronomic journey.
