BarQat at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar is the hotel’s specialty restaurant that celebrates India’s culinary heritage through the distinct flavours of Kashmir, Lucknow, Bhopal and Hyderabad. Meaning “abundance” in Urdu, BarQat brings heirloom recipes to the table with a contemporary expression, creating a destination for soulful dinners and indulgent gatherings. This month, BarQat turns to Hyderabad with a regional showcase that highlights the depth, warmth and comfort of its royal kitchens.
BarQat-e-Hyderabad brings a curated menu from the region, led by guest Chef Mohammed Abdul Azeez, known for his traditional Hyderabadi and Nizami specialities. Guests can savour classics such as Hyderabadi Biryani, Haleem, Pathar Ka Gosht, Mirchi Ka Salan, Double Ka Meetha and Qubani Ka Meetha, each layered with spice, aroma and texture. The experience also allows diners to meet Chef Azeez, discover stories of Hyderabadi cooking and enjoy the soulful authenticity of his celebrated dishes, served à la carte over dinner in a setting that feels generous, festive and deeply satisfying
Guests are invited to enjoy BarQat-e-Hyderabad as an evening of warmth and indulgence at the restaurant.
