The 1000 seat Global Headquarters is designed to fortify the brand’s strong business growth and talent acquisition plans.
Darwinbox, the fastest-growing HR tech platform from Asia, today announced the inauguration of its Global Headquarters in Hyderabad. The new 1000-seat site spanning 75,000 sft will empower the brand’s consistent business growth globally while enabling it to further tap into local talent.
Furthermore, the headquarters will spur the company’s expansion strategy and technological prowess in the global market. It will also foster creativity and teamwork among its 1200+ present employees spread across India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, the UAE, KSA, and the United States.
Rohit Chennamaneni, Darwinbox Co-founder, who along with Jayant Paleti and Chaitanya Peddi started Darwinbox in 2015, said, “Hyderabad has always been an important location for us since our inception. We have scaled rapidly and globally in the last 7 years. Moving into our new Global HQ marks another important milestone in our growth journey. This move will help us actualize our ‘from Asia to the world’ vision and support our ambitious plans to double business by 2023.”
“Our growth is driven by our exceptional talent. Outside of India, the team has grown 4X in the last 2 years, and this year we plan to triple in team size in those regions by adding more than 100 new employees. We are on track to becoming market leaders, particularly in regions we currently operate, and are planning our expansion into newer geographies. Our product roadmap has already been ramped further with leading advancements in Artificial Intelligence, conversational interfaces and new age technologies,” Rohit added.
Darwinbox currently serves 700 clients and 2 million users from large conglomerates, fast-growing technology giants, and leading global brands like JSW, Adani, Vedanta, Mahindra, Kotak, NSE, Ujjivan, Makemytrip, Swiggy, Nivea, Starbucks, and Dominos.
