Running from 14th to 21st December 2025, the festival celebrates the elemental harmony of fire and beer through bold flavours and thoughtfully curated pairings.
Set against a warm, industrial-rustic backdrop, the à la carte menu features standout grill signatures such as Citrus-Hops Fish Steak with orange and dill emulsion, Mutton Feuer Saga with hops-infused jus, and Cologne Pork Meat Loaf, slow-cooked in bier and served with truffle potato mash. Complementing the grills is a selection of artisanal beer styles — from crisp Wit-Biers and Pilsners to robust Pale Ales and Fruit Biers — crafted to mirror the depth of smoke and char on the plate.
