World-leading technology company Normet, specialised in mining, tunnelling, and civil engineering projects, is strengthening its position as a key player in the construction industry. It launches two cost-effective spraying machines and a hydraulic breaker for Indian market, supported by an extensive service and maintenance network.
Normet’s Aliva brand, known as manufacturer of top-quality equipment and accessories for concrete spraying, addresses the needs of India’s growing construction market with its new products.
Aliva Elementa and Aliva Mortera together with MRB Hydraulic Breaker are exhibited in Bauma India 11-14th December 2024. Normet India is located in Hall 12, Stand U25.
“Aliva rotor machines address the need for concrete spraying in confined spaces such as tunnel cross passages, vertical shafts and small tunnels. They also serve as a versatile standby machine to support surface stabilisation at constructions sites. Aliva brand is popular with Indian customers due to its reliability and after sales support”, tells Subhasis Mohanty VP, India and Middle East Sales Area, Normet India.
Aliva Elementa and Aliva Mortera expand the current machine portfolio with a cost-effective option.
“It’s great that Normet’s construction offering is expanding. New products have been designed with careful consideration of the region’s needs” Mohanty emphasizes.
Comprehensive services extend the lifespan of machinery
Designed for a wide range of concrete spraying applications, the Aliva Elementa rotor machine offers a practical, straightforward solution for professionals in construction. Designed for general sprayed concrete applications, it provides core functionality for reliable results without added complexity or cost.
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) high-quality spare parts and comprehensive maintenance services are available for the machine.
“We are not just introducing a new piece of equipment but also introducing a comprehensive service that enhances performance and extends the lifespan of the machinery”, says Max Eckstein, Aliva Global Sales Director.
Quality for demanding concrete repair needs
For demanding concrete repair needs, Aliva is expanding its portfolio with the high-quality rotor-stator pump Mortera. It is engineered to address the entire lifecycle of concrete structures, from construction to repair.
Equipped with a powerful rotor-stator pumping system with adjustable flow rates, the Mortera offers continuously high flow rates with very little pulsation, which significantly reduces the strain on operators and increases work efficiency. Integrated safety features protect operators and ensure a safe working environment throughout all stages of the application.
“Our product responds to the growing need for the repair of concrete structures, where work quality and durability are becoming increasingly important,” says Eckstein.
The Swiss premium brand Aliva is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of equipment and accessories for concrete spraying. It has been part of the Finland-based company Normet since 2022. Aliva’s extensive expertise in concrete spraying further strengthens Normet’s position in the construction industry. Normet’s equipment and technologies are used in demanding projects around the world in mining, tunneling, and civil engineering projects.
