Manasthali back with its annual mental health festival; to address issues of mental well-being at workplaces
New Delhi, 3rd October 2024: Manasthali, a city-based leading voice in the field of mental health, is all set to host its annual Mental Health Festival, Mannotsava-Mann Ka Utsav, with a special focus on mental well-being at workplaces. This much-anticipated event, which will go live on Instagram from October 5th- October 10th 2024, aims to create a safe, inclusive platform where professionals, employers, and mental health advocates can discuss, learn, and address the pressing issues surrounding mental health in work environments.
Workplace mental health has gained significant attention as employers and employees acknowledge the importance of psychological well-being in promoting productivity, job satisfaction, and overall quality of life. With burnout rates on the rise and work-life balance becoming a critical factor, this year’s festival, Manasthali will uphold the Mental Health Federation’s proposed theme “It is Time to Prioritize Mental Health in the Workplace” by organising insightful sessions to map the way forward and resources that organizations can adopt to support mental health in the workplace.
