Nagpur: Global Indian International School (GIIS) Nagpur proudly hosted the School Cinema International Film Festival (SCIFF) for the second consecutive year, bringing an enriching cinematic experience directly to students. The festival, which ran from 15th August to 31st August 2024, showcased over 80 films from more than 20 countries, offering a unique blend of entertainment and education.
This year’s festival expanded upon the success of the previous edition, creating a dynamic platform for students and parents to explore global cinema in the comfort of the school environment. By integrating film into the educational landscape, GIIS hopes to foster creativity, cultural awareness, and critical thinking among its students.

The festival’s lineup featured a diverse range of over 80 exceptional films, spanning various genres and languages from animated adventures to thought-provoking documentaries. The selection process ensured that each film resonated with students’ lives and aspirations, providing both entertainment and significant educational value.
