Folk Music from the Desert: Sardar Khan Langa and Sawai Khan Manganiyar & Group to Perform at Indian Music Experience Museum
Bangalore 26th August 2024: Experience the soulful folk music of Rajasthan with the Manganiyars and Langas, traditional musicians from the desert regions of Barmer, Jodhpur, and Jaisalmer. The performance features an ensemble of 8 musicians and dancers, including renowned Langa guru Sardar Khan and talented Khartal player Sawai Khan, along with other skilled artists. The event is presented in collaboration with BIC, Banglanatak, UNESCO, and Rajasthan Tourism.
