India, 8th May 2023: India’s leading DEI consulting firm Interweave, has introduced POSH e-learning courses in the Hindi language. Interweave’s learning module introduces the employees to understand the importance of a safe and inclusive workplace and be aware of their responsibilities. The course in the Hindi language will equip the employees with the choice to learn in a language they understand better.

The 60-minute learning module has been carefully curated to educate employees on the prevention of sexual harassment at workplaces. The e-learning course will help in sensitising employees to identify and prevent situations which could lead to sexual harassment. A large number of organizations function in a hybrid work model, the content has been designed to teach appropriate behaviours even in a virtual workplace. The participants will receive a certificate on completion of the course.
