Chiranjeev Gurukul, in collaboration with Maharashtra State Skills University (MSSU), has launched a two-day Induction Program aimed at preparing over 100 B Tech students for the challenges of tomorrow. This initiative is deeply rooted in the principles of Indian wisdom, introducing students to timeless concepts that will guide them throughout their professional and personal lives.

The program, beginning with the module “Atithi Devo Bhavah” (even an uninvited guest is to be treated like a divine being), offers an immersion into Bhaarat’s own learning methodologies, known as the “7S.” These include foundational concepts such as Samashti (ecosystem), Dharm (purpose/responsibilities/righteous conduct), Seva (customer devotion), and Dincharya (energy-optimized daily work plan). The aim is to equip students with a holistic understanding of their roles and responsibilities, fostering a sense of purpose and ethical conduct that extends beyond mere technical skills.

At the heart of this training lies the belief that true leadership goes hand in hand with Swaadhyaay (self-study), Samvaad (dialogue), and Samkrida (immersive games). These elements are designed to open students’ minds and hearts to a broader perspective, encouraging them to think critically, communicate effectively, and innovate creatively. By engaging with stories from Jaatak Katha and Itihaas (history), students are not only learning about the past but are also gaining insights that will shape their future.

The vision behind this initiative is to cultivate a generation of professionals who are not just skilled in their trades but are also rooted in the ethical and cultural values that have sustained civilizations for centuries. The emphasis on Seva (customer devotion) reflects a broader understanding of service—one that prioritizes empathy, respect, and a commitment to the well-being of others.
