India, 24th May 2022: Witzeal, a new-age gaming technology company, announced the appointment of Mr. Ketan Godkhindi as the Chief Strategy Officer. A key addition to the company’s leadership team, Mr. Godkhindi will be primarily responsible for devising strategies to support the vision of the company. Additionally, he shall be responsible to oversee investments, M&A, and partnerships and will work closely with the founder to ensure the execution and implementation of policies essential to achieving the growth of the company.

Ketan is a qualified company secretary and lawyer with over two decades of experience in M&A, capital investments, cross-border transactions, governance, corporate structuring, and regulatory matters. He has worked with consulting companies; stock exchanges and his last stint was with one of the globally leading payment system operators. In his leisure time, he loves reading books on history, politics, and traveling.
