The newly-launched Loya restaurant at Taj West End organised its first Loya Qissa as the host of a book launch by renowned author, Rajkamal Jha
Bengaluru, 28th December, 2023: Loya, IHCL’s flagship Indian-concept restaurant at Bengaluru’s iconic Taj West End, took centre stage on Wednesday, 20th December, with an engaging literary soirée with renowned author Raj Kamal Jha. As part of the first Loya Qissa organised at the celebrated restaurant since its launch in September, Loya hosted the launch of Jha’s latest masterpiece, The Patient in Bed Number 12. The glittering evening was attended by some of the most distinguished personalities of the city.
The launch of the book was followed by an engaging and insightful conversation between Ambreen Khan, noted branding and marketing expert, and the acclaimed author, Raj Kamal Jha. As they delved into the details of the book, guests gained a unique understanding about Jha’s creative process, the inspiration behind the book, the journey of its creation and the underlying themes. Adding depth to the atmosphere was the restaurant’s uniquely immersive setting and a thoughtfully designed high tea menu, tailored for Loya Qissa, which provided patrons with a distinctive experience.
