The commencement of metro expansion work from Ballabgarh to Palwal has sparked new positivity in real estate sector
Haryana’s Chief Secretary and Chairman of Haryana Mass Rapid Transport Corporation (HMRTC), Sanjeev Kaushal, announced that the initial preparations for the planned metro extension between Ballabgarh and Palwal, spanning about 25 km, have been initiated. Additionally, the contract for the Techno Feasibility Study has been awarded to M/s RITES. This news has generated optimism within the realty sector, as it is expected that the Faridabad market will witness significant development in the near future.
Expressing his happiness on the same, Manoj Gaur, President CREDAI NCR said, “Faridabad’s realty sector is poised to witness remarkable growth in residential properties and commercial and retail spaces, thanks to the proposed metro extension between Ballabgarh and Palwal. The city’s allure as a business hub will further increase, attracting more businesses to establish offices and retail outlets, consequently driving economic activity and fueling the demand for real estate in the area.”
