Hyderabad, 24th June 2024: Telangana Chamber of Events Industry (TCEI) – the largest regional event industry association in India & Telangana Event Facilitators Association (TEFA) an allied Association of TCEI hosted a ‘Yo! Glamour International day of Yoga’, at the Classic Gardens, Secunderabad. The Event was attended by Shri Alla Balaram Babu, President TCEI; Shri Manoj Inani, President TEFA-TCEI; Shri Ravi Bura, General Secretary, TCEI; Shri Sandeep Jain, Secretary, TEFA-TCEI; Shri Praveen Agarwal, Secretary TEVA – TCEI; Shri Pavan Kumar Agrawal, Treasurer; Smt Jigna Mehta, Convener of Yo! Glamour International Day of Yoga and many senior event professionals from event industry and made it an Healthy & Memorable Fitness Oriented Morning. 

The day started building the energy of all with a Zumba session guided by the talented Smt Jyoti Sukumar. Later an insightful yoga session under the expert guidance of esteemed yoga teacher Smt Sonali Morge, delved into the profound aspects of yoga positions & explained the importance. More than 125 Members registered & participated in this grand event making it a resounding success. 

Speaking on the occasion Shri Alla Balaram Babu said, the International day of Yoga was celebrated by TCEI and TEFA members by hosting ‘Yo! Glamour International day of Yoga’ today. All of us who are part of event industry endure enormous stress in executing events, day and night, with lots of travel. Among the most stressful jobs in the world, event industry related jobs are second most stressful. We are hosting this yoga program to help our friends from the industry, in mitigating and over coming stress. We have been hosting the Yoga Day program from 2018, this is the sixth edition. Last year we did this event at Bansilalpet stepwell, the year before we did at NITHM. Every year the Yoga Day is enabling us to convert some of our members into lifelong practitioners of yoga, that way we are benefitting our members.
