Mumbai, Dec 26: The construction site of ‘Srishti Oasis’ by the renowned Srishti Group, a luxury residential development at the strategic GMLR junction, transformed into a vibrant celebration zone this Christmas, as Srishti Group brought festive cheer to the very hands shaping its landmark development. Carried out under the theme “Building Homes, Spreading Joy,” the initiative saw the Srishti Group symbolically become the “Santa of GMLR,” spreading warmth and festive happiness among its on-ground team.
The celebration was held across the two marquee towers soaring to 36 storeys, where nearly 150 workers are currently engaged in developing what is envisioned as the largest signature luxury address at the GMLR junction. Once complete, Srishti Oasis is set to redefine the GMLR stretch and firmly position it as Mulund’s emerging luxury residential destination.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Karan Villaitramani, Director, Srishti Group, said, “Our workforce is the backbone of every structure we create. Christmas is a time to give back, to acknowledge effort, and to celebrate humanity. At Srishti Group, we believe that growth is meaningful only when it is inclusive. This small celebration is our way of thanking our workers for their relentless commitment and reminding them that they are an integral part of the Srishti family.”
Organized specially for the workforce, the Christmas celebration saw sweets being distributed across the site, laughter echoing between concrete structures, and smiles lighting up faces that usually remain focused on steel, scaffolding, and precision. The initiative reflected Srishti Group’s belief that while buildings rise through engineering excellence, they are truly built by people whose dedication and hard work deserve recognition beyond timelines and milestones.
The festive initiative aligns with Srishti Group’s people-first philosophy, where worker welfare, respect, and emotional well-being are valued alongside quality construction and design excellence. As Srishti Oasis steadily rises on the skyline, moments like these reinforce the group’s ethos of building not just premium homes, but a culture of care, dignity, and shared celebration brick by brick, and smile by smile.
