Pulpkey has made aggressive new hires in the past two quarters, to continue to make more before mid-2023

October 2022: Influencer marketing platform, Pulpkey, has grown from just two people to more than 20 full-time employees and five part-time contractors in just 5 years of its inception. With a strength of over 25 employees, Pulpkey works with hundreds of influencers, creators, and brand managers every month. In the past two quarters, the company has hired 10 employees to support its ongoing business.

Drishty Tanwar, formerly with LensKart, Roohani Bhasin, with MissMalini, and Tnvi Chopra, with Zattire earlier on, are the newest addition to the company’s senior management.

Currently, Drishty Tanwar works in multiple accounts under Rebel Foods, one of Pulpkey’s retainer clients. Her recent influencer work includes Saif Ali Khan, Raveena Tandon, Falguni Pathak, Amrita Rao, Divya Dutta, Johnny Lever, and Chef Abinas. As Senior Brand Manager for Amazon Foundit, Roohani Bhasin worked on a viral campaign for Amazon Smbhav 2022. As an Account Director, Tnvi Chopra has worked with brands such as Fat Lulu’s and Behrouz Biryani.

The company, has made several new hires to meet the ever-growing demands of their brand partners, including Amazon, Rebel Foods brands like Behrouz Biryani, Ovenstory Pizza, EatSure etc, Instagram and Facebook India, as well as new accounts such as UltraHuman, Country Delight, Yash Raj Films, Pantaloons, Sirona, Galaxy Basmati Rice, Nykaa, Smytten, among others.

Commenting on the hiring, Amit Mondal, Founder and CEO, Pulpkey, said, “The most important thing in Pulpkey is who we hire. Our average team member age is 24, and they have come from diverse backgrounds and states in India, which helps us understand the desi market sentiment in the advertising world.
