Performance for the Second Quarter and Half year Ended 30th September 2024

• Consolidated Revenue from Operations surged by 13.4% on Quarter 2 YOY and for H1 YOY by 14.0%
• EBITDA on Consolidated level have jumped by 61% for Quarter 2 YOY to Rs. 156.4 crores and H1 YOY jumped by 33% to Rs. 283.4 crores
• Consolidated EBITDA as a percentage to Revenue risen from 10.6% to 15.1% for Quarter 2 YOY and for H1 YOY risen from 11.7% to 13.7%
• Double digit Consolidated PBT 12.5% of Revenue registered in Q2 and 11.1% of Revenue achieved in H1 FY 25
• PBT on Consolidated level have jumped by 78% for Q2 YOY to Rs. 129.0 crores and H1 YOY jumped by 37% to Rs. 228.8 crores
• Consolidated PAT on Consolidated level have jumped by 90% for Q2 YOY to Rs. 96.7 crores and H1 YOY jumped by 42% to Rs. 162.3 crores
• Consolidated PAT as a percentage to Revenue improved from 5.6% to 9.3% for Q2 YOY and for H1 YOY improved from 6.3% to 7.9%
• Consolidated Order Book stand healthy at Rs. 3,056 crores as at 30th September 2024
• Current Investments including balances with banks increased by Rs. 131.7 crores to Rs. 695.9 crores, risen by 23.3% in H1
• Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) jumped in H1 YOY by 220 bps to 29.0%
• EPS jumped by Rs. 5.9 to Rs. 20.3 per share
