Bengaluru, 07th Jan 2025: JAIN Launchpad, the flagship incubator of JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), showcased its unwavering commitment to entrepreneurship and innovation as one of the Supporting Partners of TiE Global Summit 2024. Held between December 10-12 at the Bangalore International Exhibition Center (BIEC) and Mysore, JAIN Launchpad reaffirmed its pivotal role in shaping the future of India’s startup ecosystem by actively supporting the founders throughout the event.
This year’s summit, themed “Putting Entrepreneurship First,” is in line with JAIN Launchpad’s belief of democratizing entrepreneurship. The summit attracted over 15,000 attendees, including entrepreneurs, investors, policymakers, and global industry leaders. The two-day event featured insightful sessions with 40+ distinguished speakers, along with interactive panel discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities designed to empower startups and drive growth in the Indian and global markets and the last day in Mysuru covered the TGS100 initiative, which honored top startups, with Breer Limited winning first place for its innovative food waste solution. The summit also showcased the TiE Women Global Pitch Competition, highlighting over 3,100 women-led startups and promoting gender diversity in entrepreneurship. Educational programs like the Vikasa Parva workshop encouraged Mysore students to propose creative solutions to real-world challenges. The event concluded with the launch of Culture Flower Power, celebrating cultural entrepreneurship and sustainability, and the TiE Global Awards, recognizing outstanding contributions across various sectors.
Madan Padaki, President of TiE Bangalore and Chair of TiE Global Summit 2024, emphasized the value of such gatherings. “Platforms like the TiE Global Summit are crucial for bridging the gap between groundbreaking ideas and market opportunities. They provide startups with mentorship, resources, and global visibility, enabling them to scale and succeed,” he noted.
