In his new role, Dhiman will work towards drive guest experience by ensuring Rooms Division meet
brand’s standards, true hospitality, operational efficiency and generating higher profitability.
Dhiman will assist the General Manager in all aspects to drive Rooms Division at InterContinental
Chennai Mahabalipuram Resort and ensure smooth operations across all the departments.
Ensuring all customer focus parameters are in track driven by high customer satisfaction which will
result to repeat business and will help to position the resort among top in ECR, Chennai.
Commenting on the appointment, Kunal Shanker, General Manager, InterContinental Chennai,

drive the delivery of guest satisfaction meet brand’s standards, targeting customer needs, focus on
