Paris / Bengaluru, June 21, 2025: AXISCADES Technologies Ltd., a premier Indian technology solutions provider in defense, aerospace, and space electronics and software, has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Aldoria, a European leader in Space Surveillance and Situational Awareness (SSA), as part of their shared vision to strengthen India’s burgeoning space capabilities.
The announcement was made at the Paris Air Show 2025, Le Bourget, marking a significant milestone in international space collaboration aimed at bolstering India’s ability to monitor, manage, and secure its space assets amidst growing global activity in orbit.
Under the MoU, both organizations will evaluate opportunities for high-level data and system alignment to provide cutting-edge SSA solutions that contribute to India’s space safety, security, and sovereignty. This collaboration also includes prospects for sharing select SSA insights and technical know-how to ensure alignment with the evolving requirements of the Indian space ecosystem. AXISCADES and Aldoria engaged in discussions with ISRO and ISTRAC for the past 5 months and decided to go with the partnership to address the potential.
Furthermore, AXISCADES and Aldoria will together explore the development of software and system integration concepts to enhance situational awareness, with a focus on creating scalable, end-to-end solutions. This collaboration reflects a forward-looking vision to equip India with advanced tools for orbital monitoring and collision avoidance.
Commenting on the partnership, Dr. Sampath Ravinarayanan, Chairman, AXISCADES Technologies Ltd., said: “India’s growing constellation of space assets demands robust, indigenous SSA systems. Our collaboration with Aldoria marks an important milestone in our ongoing commitment to providing India’s space ambitions with the best technology solutions available. We aspire to contribute and create a safe and sustainable space environment by combining our engineering expertise with Aldoria’s pioneering role in space surveillance. Strategic space capabilities are essential for national security and long-term space exploration, and this alliance is a step toward enabling them.”
Romain Lucken, CEO, Aldoria, stated: “This agreement reflects Aldoria’s mission to democratize SSA data and making it accessible to nations. By combining our high-precision telescope technology with AXISCADES’ software expertise, we are poised to deliver high-fidelity solutions tailored to India’s strategic requirements.”
