Jan 20: International Real Estate Partners (IREP), a global integrated facility and real estate management company operating across 70+ countries, has announced a strategic collaboration with India Accelerator to launch IREPworkspaces (IWS)—a PropTech-led managed office workspace operator designed for India’s fast-growing enterprise and startup landscape. As part of this expansion, the company plans to invest ₹100 crore over the next 18 months to build and scale the business.
While IREP is a global brand, the initial rollout of IREPworkspaces will focus on Delhi NCR, with plans to scale nationally in subsequent phases. The venture aims to launch 12–15 IREPworkspaces over the next 18 months, creating up to 15,000 workstations to serve enterprises, startups, and innovation-led businesses.
IREPworkspaces has already signed 1.5 lakh sq. ft. across key NCR micro-markets including Golf Course Extension Road, Udyog Vihar, and Noida Expressway. Over the coming months, the platform plans to acquire an additional 7–8 lakh sq. ft., significantly strengthening its footprint across India’s most active commercial corridors.
The partnership brings together IREP’s deep operational, engineering, and facilities management expertise with India Accelerator’s access to high-growth startups, mid-market firms, and large enterprises. Together, the two organisations aim to deliver globally benchmarked managed office environments built around sustainability, technology integration, and operational efficiency.
“With IREPworkspaces, we are bringing global operational standards, technology, and sustainability to India. Together with India Accelerator, we aim to create environments where businesses thrive—not just operate,” said Kenneth McCrae, Chairman & CEO, IREP.
“This collaboration strengthens our mission of enabling companies with ecosystems that accelerate growth. IREPworkspaces brings global-quality facility infrastructure that India’s enterprises and startups truly deserve,” said Ashish Bhatia, Founder, India Accelerator.
Leading the India expansion is Prashant Garg, who has been appointed Country Head, IREPworkspaces. With over 15 years of leadership experience across commercial real estate, flexible workspaces, and corporate leasing, he will oversee strategic growth, operational scale-up, and market positioning for the brand in India.
IREPworkspaces is built on IREPort, IREP’s proprietary facilities management technology platform, enabling real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, energy optimisation, and ESG-aligned reporting. Each workspace integrates engineering-led operations, customised office layouts, high-efficiency systems, and hospitality-style service delivery—helping occupiers reduce operational complexity while improving space utilisation and long-term cost efficiency.
With the launch of IREPworkspaces, IREP is deepening its presence in India as part of its broader Asia–Middle East growth strategy. The collaboration with India Accelerator is expected to accelerate market entry, strengthen corporate relationships, and position IREPworkspaces as a differentiated, technology-first player in India’s managed office ecosystem.
