Chennai, 26th July 2024: Dr. Aesthetix is proud to announce the historic first-ever Miss Universe Tamil Nadu Audition, held at the prestigious Rajwada the Grand Ballroom in Pawkan, Chennai. This landmark event marked a significant milestone for the state of Tamil Nadu, showcasing an extraordinary array of talent from across the region.
The audition process was highly competitive, with 50 hopefuls initially enrolling. After a rigorous selection process, 45 candidates were called for the auditions, and the top 25 finalists were chosen to advance. Lakme Anna Nagar Chennai provided exceptional makeup and hair services for all participants, ensuring they looked their best.
A special mention goes to Lakshmi Krishna Naturals, India’s No. 1 homemade skincare and haircare brand, for their unwavering support from the early stages of this event. Their contribution was instrumental in making the audition a resounding success.

The auditions comprised three rounds, where the contestants showcased their talents, including a challenging Q&A session. Notably, the event celebrated gender equality with the participation of transgender contestants, reflecting a progressive and inclusive approach.
The top 25 finalists will now undergo grooming and training in preparation for the grand finale on August 8th, 2024, at the Hyatt Regency Chennai. This phase will be supported by:
