March 20, 2025: Hetvi Construction Ltd., a leading infrastructure and renewable energy company, has been awarded a significant contract by Assam Power Distribution Company Limited (APDCL) for the design, engineering, procurement, erection, and commissioning of a 125 MW AC Solar PV Power Plant in Karbi Anglong, Assam. This milestone project aligns with the company’s vision to achieve 1000 MW in renewable energy capacity.

Originally established as Hetvi Construction LLP in 2017 and converted into a limited company on April 15, 2024, Hetvi Construction Ltd. is led by industry experts Hitesh Bhuva and Tarang Savaliya. Headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, the company has an extensive track record in executing large-scale infrastructure projects, particularly in water supply schemes under the Jal Jeevan Mission.
Project Details
The 125 MW AC Solar PV Power Plant will be executed on a turnkey basis with an estimated contract value of INR 740.07 crore, inclusive of taxes and duties. The project is expected to be completed within a year under Contract Identification No. APDCL/ADB/MMSSP/PKG-1/01-02.
Scope of Work and Strategic Partnerships
Hetvi Construction Ltd. will oversee the entire EPC execution, including design, procurement, erection, and commissioning, while working closely with stakeholders for land acquisition and grid connectivity. The company has partnered with Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd. and Jayantisuper Construction Pvt. Ltd. for project execution and is in advanced discussions with key module and inverter suppliers to ensure efficient procurement.
