
Hyderabad, Jan 23: His Excellency Dr. Nawab Mir Nasir Ali Khan, Honorary Consul of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Hyderabad for the States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, held a cordial and constructive diplomatic meeting with Her Excellency Ms. Laura Williams, Consul General of the United States of America in Hyderabad, at the U.S. Consulate.
During the meeting, Dr. Khan briefed Her Excellency on his recent visit to the United States and shared insights on emerging opportunities for cooperation and potential collaborative initiatives involving the United States, India, and the Republic of Kazakhstan. The discussions focused on strengthening engagement in key areas such as sustainable development, investment facilitation, technology collaboration, and economic diplomacy—aligned with shared priorities of inclusive growth and innovation-driven development.
Dr. Khan also highlighted the Telangana Connects USA Summit held in Atlanta, underscoring its strategic significance in enhancing economic, technological, and innovation-led partnerships between the State of Telangana and the United States. He emphasized the Summit’s role in fostering trade and investment flows, supporting start-up ecosystems, and encouraging institutional and industry collaboration.
Her Excellency Ms. Laura Williams was gracious and receptive to the deliberations and expressed her support in facilitating continued dialogue and cooperation through appropriate diplomatic and institutional channels. The interaction reflected a shared commitment to strengthening trilateral engagement and advancing mutually beneficial partnerships among the United States, India, and Kazakhstan.
The meeting reaffirmed the importance of sustained diplomatic engagement in promoting trade, investment, technology exchange, and long-term strategic cooperation among partner nations.
