Gurugram, May 2022: Ecom Express Limited, one of India’s leading technology-enabled end-to-end logistics solutions providers to the e-commerce industry recently announced two executive leadership role enhancements to further strengthen the company’s capabilities and support its long-term growth strategy. Dipanjan Banerjee is now the Chief Business Officer and Prashant Gazipur is the new Country Head Operations at Ecom Express.

Dipanjan will now be responsible for directing the company’s growth and sales strategies across all Business Units of the Company – Ecom Express Services (EXS), Ecom Digital Services (EDS) and Ecom Fulfilment Services (EFS). He will be working toward taking the overall growth objectives of the organization to the next level across all lines of business. Prior to this role, Dipanjan held a senior sales leadership position at Ecom Express where he was instrumental in spearheading the growth of the EXS and EDS sales verticals over the last six and half years.

Prashant, in his new role, will lead the operations and will guide the team in ensuring process compliance, productivity, and efficiencies on the ground.

Dipanjan brings to this position a successful track record of 15+ years of Sales and Business Development that include expertise in Growth Strategies, Customer Relationship Management, and developing customized logistics solutions for e-commerce and retail industries.

Prashant has over a decade of experience across large consumer internet companies dealing with e-commerce, payments, and financial services. Prashant earned his B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication from the National Institute of Technology, Allahabad and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
