Pankaj holds a Master’s degree in Hospitality and has honed his skills with esteemed brands such as Marriott and Sayaji Hotels. His journey in the industry is marked by a focus on elevating guest satisfaction, optimizing operations, and fostering high-performing teams.

A nature enthusiast, Pankaj enjoys spending his free time exploring the outdoors and embarking on nature treks. His love for nature inspires his approach to sustainable and innovative practices in food and beverage operations.
