Delta Electronics India inaugurated a new toilet block facility at the Government Higher Secondary School, Kurubarapalli, to provide clean and hygienic sanitation facilities to female students. The inauguration ceremony took place on April 19, 2023, and was attended by DEO (District Education Officer), government officials, and Delta Electronics India Management.
The new toilet block facility serves over 500+students. The main goal of this program is to give female students access to basic hygienic facilities within the school premises. The new facility is equipped with modern amenities and is designed to cater to the needs of female students on the school’s premises.
The inauguration ceremony began with a ribbon-cutting ceremony by DEO(District Education Officer) and Delta Management; Mr. Bobby Lai, Head India Operations, Delta Electronics India, followed by a tour of the new facility. The government officials and dignitaries were impressed with the new facilities and commended Delta Electronics for its commitment to providing quality hygiene facilities to the girl students.
Commenting on the inauguration ceremony, Mr. Benjamin Lin, President, Delta Electronics, said, ‘As a socially responsible organization, we are committed to making a positive impact on the communities we serve. We are thrilled to have inaugurated the new girls’ toilet facility at the government school as part of our CSR programs. The school principal expressed his gratitude to the Delta Electronics India and Tamil Nadu government officials and thanked them for their efforts in providing a safe and hygienic learning environment for the girl students.
