Bhumika Realty announced the appointment of Avinash Nagpal as the President-Projects. With over 27 years of experience in delivering large-scale residential and commercial developments, Avinash brings deep expertise in technical project leadership and execution. Known for his high-performance, result-oriented approach, he has consistently directed the planning and implementation of complex projects with precision.
Throughout his illustrious career, Avinash has been associated with some of India’s leading real estate and infrastructure companies, including Trinity Landspace Pvt. Ltd., Heritage Max Realtech (Conscient Group), Emaar MGF Land Ltd., Mundra Port & Special Economic Zone, and Punj Lloyd Ltd. Over the years, he has held key positions such as Senior Vice President, Vice President, General Manager, Manager – Estimation & Contracts, and Deputy Manager, contributing significantly to the successful execution of large-scale residential and infrastructure projects.
As President – Projects at Bhumika Realty, he will oversee the end-to-end execution of real estate developments, from overall project planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, monitoring, and timeline optimization. He will lead the execution of structural works, MEP services, and finishing activities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery to customers. Additionally, he will manage project budgets with a focus on cost efficiency while upholding Bhumika Realty’s unwavering commitment to excellence.
