India, November 26th, 2024: Imagine earning INR 1 lakh for doing skincare! Deconstruct, a leading science-based brand for beginners has launched a unique “Skincare Internship” campaign. This groundbreaking initiative is designed to make skincare newbies feel comfortable exploring and trying skincare. Deconstruct’s commitment to empower everyone to begin their skincare journey lays the foundation of this campaign.
The internship is open to all individuals over 18, regardless of their prior skincare knowledge. The mission is to remove the barriers that make skincare feel overwhelming and encourage everyone to see it as a daily habit, just like brushing your teeth in the morning. This initiative provides a substantial financial incentive and encourages participants to develop healthier relationships with their skin while embracing the benefits of consistent routines.
Rooted in Deconstruct’s mission to demystify skincare and make it accessible to all, the internship stands out for its inclusivity. The program reserves 50 percent of its spots for male participants, challenging the long-held notion that skincare is exclusively for women. Through this campaign, Deconstruct invites everyone, irrespective of gender, age, or background, to explore the world of skincare with guidance and support. With a mission to make skincare accessible and encourage beginners to embark on their skincare journey confidently, the brand emphasizes the importance of nurturing healthy skin for all.
Selected participants will receive personalized skincare routines & products designed to suit their unique skin types and concerns. They can participate from anywhere, allowing them to integrate the internship into their daily lives without stepping away from their current jobs or commitments. Under guidance from dedicated skincare coaches and industry-renowned dermatologists, interns will gain practical experience building and maintaining effective skincare practices.
Sharing views, Malini Adapureddy, the Founder & CEO of Deconstruct, said, “Skincare is for anyone with skin. This opportunity invites everyone, especially beginners and newbies, to have healthier and deeper relationships with their skin. At Deconstruct, we create highly effective yet gentle products that ease the journey of skincare beginners. Through the campaign, we are removing the hesitation of starting a skincare journey with high-performance products that do not irritate”
Applications for the internship are currently open, offering an exciting three-stage selection process. Starting with a registration and screening round, followed by video submissions, and culminating in personal interviews, the journey to becoming a “Skin Intern” is thorough yet rewarding. The final group of six to ten interns will be immersed in a 30-60 day experience that centers solely on skincare.
Apart from the gratification of improved skin health, the program offers enticing rewards, including one lakh rupees in remuneration, product hampers, social media features, and opportunities for pre-placement interviews in brand marketing. Interns will also benefit from expert-led sessions with dermatologists, further solidifying their understanding of skincare.
