New Delhi/Noida: The 18th Global Film Festival, Noida (GFFN) concluded on a high note on December 13, bringing together a distinguished gathering of stalwarts from the world of media and entertainment. The festival once again emerged as a vibrant platform celebrating cinematic excellence, creative expression, and artistic innovation.

The closing ceremony was graced by the presence of Festival President Dr. Sandeep Marwah, who warmly welcomed and applauded the eminent personalities present on the dais. His address underscored the festival’s growing stature as a global cultural forum fostering dialogue and collaboration among filmmakers, artists, and creative professionals. A major highlight of the ceremony was the felicitation of Dr. Abraham Kumar for his exemplary contribution to music, cinema, and art. He was honored on the dais with the prestigious titles of “Hindi Cinema Gaurav” and “Creator of the Best Music Album (2025)” in recognition of his remarkable work in the genre of spiritual music. His compositions have been widely appreciated for blending soulful melodies with deeper philosophical and spiritual themes.

Expressing his gratitude, Dr. Abraham Kumar said, “This honour is not just a personal milestone but a recognition of spiritual music as a meaningful and powerful form of artistic expression. I believe music has the ability to heal, inspire, and connect people beyond boundaries, and I am grateful that this journey has been acknowledged on such a respected platform.” Adding star appeal to the event, veteran actress and Indian cinema legend Jaya Prada marked her presence, drawing admiration from audiences and fellow artistes. The ceremony also witnessed the participation of several prominent industry figures, including film writer and director Umesh Shukla, producer Shabbir Boxwala, actress Charu Shankar, renowned casting director Taran Bajaj, and BJP spokesperson Mukesh Tyagi, among others.

Industry observers noted that Dr. Kumar’s recognition reflects a growing appreciation for spiritually rooted and purpose-driven content within contemporary Hindi cinema.
